aku rasa ade problem dengan hardware, kau cuba cabut semua pada slot PCI, biarkan CPU tu basic saje. lepas tu cuba, ada restart ke tak

ade 3 kemungkinan,

1. virus (utk setel : scan virus / format hardisk, dan install smula windows)
2. hard disk (utk setel : buat full scan disk) ...
3. motherboard (utk setel : beli motherboard baru, tp lebih baek beli komputer baru lallu)

antara 3 tu lah...tp peratus kemungkinan utk no 3 tu, 10% jer...maknenye jarang komputer jd restart ni akibat motherboard...besenye hard disk dan virus lah.....

tp, kalo mmg dh confirm virus xde, hard disk pun dh scan abis...
cube try cabut sume wayar (bende yg tersambung dan bleh cabut) dlm komputer tu...
contoh : grapik kad, cable hard disk, cd rom, ram....sehingga hanya tinggal processor sahaja yang disambung...
pastu bukak komp, dan mase ni mmg screen x kuar, tp kene tunggu dlm 10 minit...pastu tutup balik komputer, tutup suis...dan try sambung smula bende yg dh dicabut tadi...
insya-Allah ok.....tp kalo x ok jgk, mmg motherboard rosak.....

utk org yg expert komputer, bleh cube cari kt google "Hiren Boot CD" ...dgn menggunakan cd ni, anda boleh check ape bende yg rosak...dan scandisk melalui cd ni, lebih baek....

ye ke... semua kebarangkalian maybe betul... dari pengalaman I ade windows nyer fail dah ilang tu la asyik restart je... tension gak memula, ingatkan virus ape, dah puas daa scan tapi 1 ekor virus pun tak jumpe... dari atas nasihat kwn install je balik fail2 windows then Ok... horrey! cheers

1. virus
2. power supply kong
3. hard disk kong

1. kalau virus... cuma boot kepada safe mode... kalau kat safe mood tak restart... mmg virus
2. kalau boot kepada safe mood... restart juga... ada petanda power supply ngan hard disk

power suply???aku pnya power suply kong,,,kmputer xleh on terus.... scratch scratch


kalau PS kong... mmg confirm x boleh nak on pc

tapi kalau power supply hampirē nak kong... mmg akan restart... ala ala cam x cukup power untuk support hardware pc...

hard disk pun lebih kurang... tapi.. hard disk biasanya akan berbunyi ktak ktak ktak kalau dah nak kong...

secara asasnya...
