 repair/baiki servo tzm?

mmm....salam kawan2 sume....
aku nk mintak tlg jase baik mmbe rmc xkire la otai atau yg baru...
sape ade servo ori yg jhnm?bleh tgk x part number komponen IC transistor yg ade 10 pin/kaki.
aku perlukan part number tu utk beli komponen baru..
sbb aku pnye servo, IC tu dah hangus la...

yg aku nmpk cume PUblablabla.
tang blablabla tu dh xnmpk sbb dh pecah...
tp yg pastinye bnde tu nombor je xde huruf.
tlg la ye mmbe2 sekalian...mne tau nnt kot2 servo korang rosak same cam aku pnye rosak, bleh la aku tlg repairkan...(klu percubaan aku ni bjaye la... Laughing Laughing Laughing )

aku nk try repair servo aku ni...tang motor nye aku dh dah ade care n dah buat dh pon...motor die korang bleh sumbat motor kete kontrol QD yg version xde relay tu..
mmg ngam ngn motor asal servo tzm.cume pusingan moto kete kontrol tu laju skit dari motor yg asal..

tp skang ni aku perlu part number IC transistor tu je..plz.....

aku tgk takde ape2 pon kat IC transistor tu..tak de kod ape2.die bertempek ngan 1 g transistor.sebab tu tak nampak kot nombor die

komponen yg aku kurungkan dgn warne merah tu la IC transistor tu...part number die ade kat sebelah yg aku tande dgn warne biru tu...

yg sebelah die tu IC rectifier.

dari kajian aku la...servo ni susah nk jhnm klu pandai jage PV..
bnde mule2 yg akan jhnm ialah motor die.
sbb motor die tu pki 'brush'.brush tu akan habis.cth 10tahun gune.bnde tu kompem mmg akan abis.sbb tu servo dh xmo main.-tuka moto baru ok la.

bnde kedua yg senang jhnm ialah IC transistor tu..bile pv sangkut/xlancar bnde tu akan mmbebankan servo motor tu...bile beban, motor tu susah nk bpusing, bile susah nk bpusing, die akan jd panas dan menyebabkan IC transistor tu jd panas.

so bile IC tu dh xtahan ngn beban yg die terime, tu yg buat die jhnm/hangus tu...tp ic ni agak susah gak nk carinye.dulu pon aku penah beli kat jalan pasar.tp kene order dr china.tp aku tsilap beli.tsalah part number.bleh tahan gak regenye RM50.tp dpt bnyk la transistor tu..tp tu la xbestnye, aku tsalah beli.

ha satu lg, bile IC transistor ni jhnm, Variable Resistor (xsilap aku 7.5Kohm) die pon akan jahanam skali.



So kesimpulannye PV mmg perlu dijage rapi la... Laughing

spatutnye ade bro..tp tulisan die tu xberape jelas.

klu dh xde tu mknenye kilang tu dh kikir la part number tu...
sbb aku pnye mmg ade tulis...cume nmpk sekerat je...tp bhgian lain dh xnmpk sbb dh pecah.

nk tgk part number tu kene kikis salutan plastik tu...dulu aku kikis gak salutan plastik tu utk tgk part number tu...kilang wat cmtu sbb xmo bg kite bukak bnde tu...setengah kilang die kikis trus part number tu sampai xnmpk..

servo ni poblem dia dlu bukak tutup kot suka ati dia jek... yg tu poblem pe plak...tgk gigi dia elok lagi sume tu...

kire klu kikis plastik tu rosak x mende tu?

hehe...tak mungkin jugak ku jualkannye coz tu serbo spare n serbo tuk experimen jugak.hehehe..serbo tu juz jahanam gigi gear n penutup gigi gear je yang hancur...elektronik die still ok..sayang mo jual...aku buat spare...huhu..mane tau kot emegency ke..bole gune..huhu
