Assalamualaikum

Aku nak berkongsi sedikit pengetahuan dari seluas ilmu yang aku belum tahu.

Cara2 nak buat mold bagi sesuatu produk mengikut idea sendiri. Projek yang aku buat ni simple jer.Tak lawa pon. Tapi, idea ni bole digunakan utk buat sebarang produk mengikut design dan kreativiti memasing.

buat utk cowling moto aku. Buleh guna teknik ni utk buat apa saja part body moto mengikut kreativiti masing2. So, agak2 nak buat bontot tajam tapi tak dpt pinjam moto member utk buat mold, buat jer mold sendiri.

tu... kan dah jadi produknyer tu..

polisteren tu jadi mold jer. Cukup sekadar nak menampung berat fibergla.ss yang kita nak lekatkan kat atas dier. Bila dah dapat produk, mold kita buangkan jer. Kecualilah kalau nak buat mold yang akan digunakan berulang2 kali seperti ma.ss production, tak sesuai la pakai polisterene.

p/s: perkataan fibergla.ss kena filter. Bertukar jadi (",) Razz

rimau.. ko potong polisterin tuh pakai hotwire ker pakai pisau? cam cantik gila babeng punya ajer.... hehhee..

aku nak nuntut ngan ko la.. nak buat mold motor kecik aku nie... nak buat undertray.. hahhahahaa.. berapa pengerasnya? king

potong pakai pisau sbb hotwire tu takleh potong blok yang besar. Kecuali nak DIY satu hotwire yang besar ala2 mesin CNC tu bole la. Ada projek mat saleh dah buat. Buleh la kalau nak try. Masalahnya, rumah burung merpati aku ni tak celuih nak letak barang besar camtuh. Mau jadi meja makan CNC hotwire aku tuh.

takyah pengeras2 daaa... try ja dulu ikut step by step tu. Video pon ada, bole follow. Yang penting, kena buat mold bagi cantik2 dan balut betul2 supaya takdak leaking. Kalau leaking, abih laa... resin akan menghakis polisterene macam barang kena asid.

macam best, aku pun nak try la, baru jer beli fiberglass 0.74 m2 = rm24.90 Razz ngan resin + hardener = rm38.90. Very Happy

ader tempat yg murah2? kasi info la.

bro tanya sket, bleh cite lebih sket x pasal fiberglass, resin ngan hardener ni. biase benda2 ni kat mne jual eh? pastu ade x jenama dia, contoh kalo macam cat tu, ade nippont paint & sebagainya. ke kalo pegi je kedai, bagitau je fibergalss, die memang dah tau? Question Question
