aku cakap aku boleh cari rm50, tp aku nak buat pendedahan ni supaya semua org (pembeli) tahu...aku kesian kat org lain (yg berpendapatan rendah), bagi dia org tu duit RM50 besar nilainya...

harap khamisnya ni kes aku menang...korang doakan lah yer...

kedai motor ngaku salah, bayar balik rm50 kat aku...alasan yg dia org bagitau tak diterima oleh president tribunal...
tak sia2 aku buat ... w/pun rm50 tp sekurang2 pasni pembeli lain tak kena tipu lagi...kita ada hak utk tuntut hak kita...

td ramai kekawan reporter termasuk dr geng paper cina ngan tv gak dtg cover...bagi semangat moral kat aku...

biar masuk paper nama kedai motor tu, supaya next time tak ada org nak g beli motor kedai dia....

alasan yg tak logik...dia ada tulis kat kertas balasan warna pink, patut kertas tu sampai kat aku juga...tp tak sampai2...mungkin posman salah antar kot...kalo tak salah dlm surat balasan tu alasan dia caj close file lebih kurang utk proses kredit loan motor aku, termasuk kos internet dll...
tp sepatutnya tu semua dah masuk dlm interest la...apa2 pun ikut perjanjian awal...

tp kalo korang perasan, kalo buat urusan beli rumah, pun dia org caj rm50 utk close file...hal ni dulu pernah diusulkan pada bekas menteri kewangan kedua, tan sri nor yaakob...tp hampeh sampai skg masih lagi tak settle...mungkin bank ni dia punya syarat/perjanjian law dlm sain perjanjian jual beli banyak sgt...kekadang kita pun tak baca abis..main sain jer..

Consumer Gets Back RM50 He Paid As File Closure Fee


PENANG, July 2 (Bernama) -- Masry Che Ani, 35, a photographer with The Sun newspaper, made sure he would not be taken for a ride by a company from which he had bought a motorcycle two years ago.

He filed a claim through the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for Cinsoon Motor Sdn Bhd to return RM50 which it had collected from him as a "file closure" charge after he had paid up his 24 monthly instalments for the machine in May.

"I was shocked when the outlet imposed the charge which was not mentioned at all in the hire-purchase agreement. I found out from other motorcycle outlets that there is no such fee," Masry told reporters.

"RM50 is not a big sum of money, but just imagine how many buyers would have been forced to pay the fee," he said.

Earlier, Penang Tribunal for Consumer Claims Court President Leong May Chan ordered Cinsoon Motor to return the RM50 to Masry.

GEORGE TOWN: A motorcycle shop here was ordered to return RM50 to a photographer with an English daily who was forced to pay the amount to“close accounts” with the company
after buying a motorcycle.

Petty Claims Tribunal (TTP) president Leong May Chan made the decision on Thursday after Masry Che Ani, a photographer with theSun newspaper, submitted the claim against Cinsoon Motor Sdn Bhd.

A representative of the company who was present, agreed to the decision.
In his claim, Masry said he bought a motorcycle about two years ago
from the shop in Jalan Sri Pinang, Sungai Puyu, and agreed to pay instalments
of RM168 per month.

On May 27 this year, he went to the company to pay the last instalment and get the motorcycle grant.
“I was shocked when I was asked to pay an extra RM50 to ‘close the accounts’.
They said if I did not pay up, they would not issue the grant.
“To avoid problems, I just paid the sum but asked for a receipt to be issued as proof of payment,” he said.

Masry said he then checked with fi ve other motorcycle shops in Penanti, Bukit Mertajam and Butterworth but none of them imposed similar charges.
“After bringing the issue here (to tribunal court), the company then called me three times to solve the issue, and they have agreed to pay back my money.
“It is not about the RM50, but I want this to be a lesson to other consumers,”
he said after the decision.
