Ok as per request disini i letak kan Terms & Conditions nya.... You guys decide....
1.I will start off with a minimum amount which will be decide by ME.
2.All bidding will be done on the same thread.You tak leh PM, Sms, Fax, hantar surat, hantar burung merpati.. as your bid will not be accepted.This is to allowed transparency.. jadi satu dunia(whole world) boleh lihat siapa bid at what price...
3.Then i will decide the minimum incremental value(jumlah minimum kenaikan bid) untok up-bid bagi mengelakan orang dari up bid sebanyak RM0.01.
4.Tempoh tamat bid adalah 2 hari (48hours exactly) selepas the highest bid being made n no one else up-bid lagi. Maksud nya bila you dah bid katakan hari ni 2/1/08 pada 0800hrs you bid the item at RM10, pada 4/1/08 at 0800hrs, kalau takde orang lain yang up-bid maka the item is yours at RM10!!!
Akan tetapi kalau you dah bid katakan hari ni 2/1/08 pada 0800hrs you bid the item at RM10, pada 3/1/08 at 1300hrs lagi satu orang up-bid katakan RM20, maka tempoh tamat lelong/auction will be 2 days(48 hours) later iaitu 5/1/08 at 1300hrs.
5."Tapi BS, kalau saya mati-mati nak kan itu item macam mana...??" you might asked. Senang aje... For every auction I will letak "But-It-Now" price option.. di mana kalau you opt for the "Buy-it-Now" the item will be automatically YOURS!! and the auction will be CLOSED...
6.Winning bid/Buyer will have 3(THREE) hari to bayar, it's the responsible of the bidder to check auction result.Alasan/Reason macam "I tak tahu lah I menang....","Sekarang ni I takde duit lah...", "Alamak,I salah bid lah..." will not be entertained.
7.Just in case, you dah bid n you are the winner TAPI you tak nak bayar (Dead Bidder/Mampos Bidder).... I will NOT complain dengan Moderator untuk BAN you ke ape.... Tapi i akan kasi tahu semua forumer yang you tak bayar.... And next time you try to bid in my lelong/auction, bid you tidak akan diterima/layan lagi..... Senang kan....
So those are my term n condition lah.... kalau for any reason you rasa was-was or sangsi dengan item yang up for sale... my advise is DO NOT BID - Jangan buang masa you, me and the rest of the guys...Those who ever deal with me knows that i am a sincere, straight forward, no-nonsense person.
Any comments on the above is very welcome...
Hope the suggestion lelong/auction ni akan di terima ramai...

| Pada pandangan aku, kita bagi peluang start dulu. Cuma, sekiranya berlaku sesuatu masalah seperti penipuan bidding oleh mana2 ahli forum misalnya, maka BS perlu handle sendiri dan maklumkan kepada moderator utk ban ahli forum tersebut.
Bagi pihak RMC pulak, aku cadangkan mod. tak perlu bertindak pro-aktif utk memastikan bidding ni clean sbb itu bukan tugas mod. pon. Segala urusan bidding adalah antara BS dan bidders. RMC cuma host dewan bidding.
Lagipon, BS dah mmg dikenali diserata forum dan barangan yang dijual dah tentu terjamin elok atau sama kualiti seperti yg diceritakan dalam ruangan bidding. Jadi, aku rasa, tak timbul isu penipuan dari pihak BS.
Cuma, kemungkinan timbul isu "suka-suka bid" dikalangan forumers yg suka buat kacau. So, BS handle sendiri penipu bidding dan maklumkan mana2 mod utk ban pengacau tuh.
Ini hanyalah pendapat peribadi dan tidak boleh digunapakai dimana2 court of law. Pihak RMC boleh decide sendiri. Aku rasa, sini takde kuasa veto dari mana2 pihak tertentu yg MENGARAHKAN kuli2 dari kalangan kengkawan sendiri utk buat sesuatu.

| tul tu....yg penting kalau korang rase nak barang tu n harga nyer pulak berpatutan, korang blh la mencuba nasib tapi jangan sesajer nak main bid ni.....nanti menyusahkan ramai pihak kerana kegatalan korang........

I will not dengan segala upaya susahkan pihak Mod dalam auction/lelong I yang akan di adakan.... I will handle any glitch that might happen during the process.. itu pasal I nyata kan di atas yg jikalau winning bidder/buyer yg refuse to make payment... i will not report to Mod regarding the matter and ban that winning bidder/buyer. I cuma akan beri tahu everyone yang that person did not pay up... Itu saje.... By doing that ,i guess everyone will know how ihklas/sincere that person will be in the future...
BTW, to those who think you can create multiple acct. on the forum,just to play with me in my lelong/auction.... My gentle, kind, sincere reminder is DON"T!!. My Diploma in Computer Science is not there for show only... All i need to get is your ip address when you login and i know it's a multiple acct. from a single person... By then, you can say goodbye to your PC...Heheheheee... This is not a threat!!!  Sekadar a Sincere, Gentle reminder aje......  Don't Worry... Be Happy..!!

That i will consider bro.... if the second highest bidder amount is just a single incremental value lower than highest bidder that has CONNED me ,the item will be won by the 2nd highest bidder. But kalau 2nd highest amount is much lower than the highest... i will restart the whole bidding process... This is to be fair to everybody!!I have look into every aspect of the matter bro...so that everybody has a equal n fair chance in the matter...
Anyway thanks for the cadangan... 
So how MOD can I start with the first item...???
